LEVITATION POSSIBLE
Is levitaton possible in modern world. Yes, says Professor Ulf Leonhardt and Dr Thomas Philbin, from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. All objects in nature have a tendency to stick together. This property is reversed and made them to levitate. But they only work in micromachines. Atleast in theory this effect can be used to levitate heavier objects atleast a person. The atoms stick together due to casimir force Prof Ulf Leonhardt and Dr Thomas Philbin report in the New Journal of Physics they can engineer the Casimir force to repel, rather than attact.nano machines can work effeciently if there is no friction . Casimir force is the reason why geckos able to climb on ceiloings and walk without falling.
